Who we are
A finance function for businesses too small to hire one.
Great Idea Consulting works with owner-operated businesses across Sydney — trades, professional services, retail, logistics — who need the discipline of a proper finance team without the cost of putting one on the payroll.
That means the day-to-day is handled: reconciliations, payroll, supplier payments, BAS. It also means someone is looking at the numbers with you and telling you what they mean, which is the part most businesses never get.
We are registered BAS agents and Xero certified advisors, and we work on fixed monthly fees, so asking us a question never costs you anything extra.
